Staffing at the Middle School Level
This article indicates the severity of leaderships within our middle schools. The article asks are the least qualified principals assigned to the neediest school buildings? “This We Believe” states that leaders (Principals) need to be knowledgeable about the age group in which she/he is servicing and collaborate with others parents, staff, and community.

We believe states that it must be the choice of the teachers and administrators to work with students at this stage. They must have a shared vision and be commited to the students, to eachother, and to seeing that vision through.
ReplyDeleteThe difference between the experimental group and the control group was pretty substantial - I think that supports that approach is everything in education
